We use safe, proven exercises that mimic the movements of your sport. You’ll see significant, measurable improvements in critical areas, including: reaction time, acceleration, top speed, power, strength, flexibility, balance and agility.
And when you work with other members of your team, there's an added benefit. By working together through challenging exercises, you'll build the team spirit you'll need when the season gets tough.

The Athletic Performance Center at the Manlius YMCA is Central New York’s newest, most comprehensive indoor training center. It includes a 2,700 square-foot weight room, a 53-yard, four-lane sprint track and a synthetic turf practice field.
The Athletic Performance Center at the Southwest YMCA includes Central New York's only 200m indoor track, three synthetic rubber practice surfaces, and four state of the art training areas, including Onondaga Community College's Applied Exercise Room, home of the Lazers.
