This deep water class is designed to tighten & tone the core muscles. 15-30 minute workout focuses on the abs & lower back. This is a great way to do abdominal exercises without extra stress on your body & joints.

A medium-intensity, challenging workout that will get your heart rate up and tone and tighten all the right areas. Utilizing the side of the pool like a ballet barre, this class incorporates isometric movements, Pilates, yoga, cardio and resistance training while still being low impact on bones and joints. All levels welcome.

Churn up the white water in this challenging, yet fun shallow water workout. Cardio, strength, flexibility - this class has it all. Maximize your training efforts against the resisted properties of the water and enjoy an exercise session that lessens the impact on your joints.

This class is a total body workout using shallow water segments with deep end activities to incorporate all types of movements. Exercise with equipment and challenging exercises for both cardiovascular and strength.

This class brings yoga, Pilates and T'ai Chi movements into the water for a great core class. This class will experience the inner calm and meditation in the warmth of the therapy pool.

This is a monthly class that focuses on strengthening common areas of weakness and increasing mobility. Classes are open to all members but they are focused toward those who are recovering from injuries and living with chronic medical conditions. Laminated workout sheets are available for self-guided workout outside of the monthly class.

This class uses the principles and movements of yoga in a series of exercises that combine the therapeutic and buoyant nature of water with the energizing and harmonizing effect of yoga. This soothing workout promotes deep breathing, and a balanced mind and body.

Known as the Zumba pool party, the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, and even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, the Aqua Zumba class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond. Strongly recommend water bottle and water shoes.

Mix it up and enjoy the entire pool in this combo class that combines deep & shallow water exercise. From deep water running to shallow body conditioning, this total body workout will feature non-stop, high energy water exercises. Spice up your fitness routine and splash your way to a healthier body. A mid-section flotation belt is provided and must be worn in this class.

A deep water class using jogger belts. Easy on joints. Excellent for all muscular groups and cardiovascular system. This class incorporates a warm-up, extended aerobic workout, toning and cool down. Participants use aqua barbells to tone and build upper body strength.

Looking for a tough workout that doesn't impact your joints at all? Dive in and discover why deep water fitness is becoming one of the most popular workouts with Baby Boomers. Target your core, tone your total body and enjoy a unique fitness experience. A mid-section flotation belt is provided and must be worn in this class.

A shallow water class for the active older adult. Exercise/activities include range of motion, strengthening, balance, coordination, water walking and low aerobic work. This class is specially designed for those looking for a low-impact water exercise workout. Develop muscle tone & flexibility without harsh pounding on your joints. Everyone works at their own pace.

This class is a low intensity cardio and full body strengthening class that is held in the shallow and deep ends. The goal of this class is to keep the body moving

This class is an interval workout in water that will include plyometric work with exercises such as bouncing, skipping, jump squats and speed drills in shallow water. This is a fantastic way to get a dynamic workout with lots of energy while giving your joints less stress and some recovery from land work such as running and land plyometric drills. A water bottle is recommended.

Hydro running is a modified, non-impact form of running done in place in deep water wearing a flotation belt (no swimming is involved). It entails simulating running motions with your arms and legs using the water as resistance to add challenge to the workout. Routines learned in class mimic land running and include imagined cross country courses, interval training, hill pacing, springs and speed work.

A great exercise program using water resistance to develop muscle tone, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and general well-being. The warm water eliminates any pounding pressure on joints while providing a stimulating workout. Routines are done to popular music and exercises concentrate on both lower and upper body. It is not necessary to know how to swim for this shallow end class.

This program is designed to provide an opportunity for people to exercise in a heated pool, meet friends and have fun. It is a self help program of exercise designed to maintain and improve range of motion of joints and strengthen muscles. Any adult may participate provided they are capable of climbing in and out of a pool, change clothing and provide their own transportation. Swimming skills are not required as the program is in the shallow end of the pool.

This is a low impact, high-energy group aqua workout class. Just by using your body and a noodle, you will increase your strength & endurance and maintain your heart health. Swimming skills are not required as the program is in the shallow end of the pool.
