The Master Swim Club is a group for adults who want to swim laps and be part of a supportive group. The primary goals are to provide an enjoyable opportunity to improve overall fitness and swimming skills and to provide a time for swimmers to interact socially and build camaraderie.
Weekly workouts are posted on the whiteboard by the pool. Local competition information and a mileage log can be found on a bulletin board. Master swim workouts include all 4 strokes. Distance usually ranges 1500-2000 yards.
Minimum requirements for an adult to join this program are: must be able to swim two consecutive lengths of the front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke.
