Services Provided:
- Advocacy and referral assistance to community-based programs on behalf of the tenant
- Shelf to table and basic need items available monthly
- A variety of counseling, advisement, and service coordination to provide helpful wrap-around services
We offer our residents:
- A drug & tobacco-free environment
- Community lounge areas with kitchens
- On-site coin-operated laundry
- Mail service
- Wi-Fi
- Full Adult Membership to the Downtown YMCA
- Rental subsidy (if applicable)
- Resource center with computer access
How to apply:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Complete Application and submit income verification
- Once placed on the waitlist check-in (by phone or email) every Tuesday and Thursday
- Complete a minimum of 2 interviews with the Residential Staff Referrals from community-based agencies accepted.
