Dear Northwest Family YMCA Members,
We want to provide an update regarding the therapy pool closure. One of our pool pumps is down and a replacement is not easily sourced. We are waiting on the new pump to arrive and be installed and are working with a local plumbing company to identify a long-term solution to help prevent this issue in the future.
As soon as we have a more exact timeline for repairs and reopening, we will share that information with you promptly via our website, app, and email.
We understand how important the therapy pool is to many of our members and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this work continues. Our lap pool and activity pool remain open for your use during this time as well.
