We're once again joining Welcoming America along with other organizations and YMCAs across the country to celebrate Welcoming Week from September 12-21. Welcoming Week elevates the growing movement of communities that fully embrace all community members and their contributions to the social fabric of our country.
This week-long celebration is an opportunity for neighbors to get to know one another and celebrate what unites us as a community!

- 9/21, 9-10:30am: Art Department - Scotland (themed crafts/activities)
North Area Family YMCA

- 9/15, 19: Drinks from Around the World
- 9/16: National Voter Registration Day. Voter registration information
- 9/17: Constitution Day. Free pocket constitutions & games
Northwest Family YMCA
- All Week: Community Heritage Map activity
- 9/15-19: International Themed Coloring Sheets in Child Watch that will be displayed
- 9/15: Authentic Homemade Spanakopita Sampling, 12 pm (until we run out)
- 9/16 and 18, 10-11:30am: Coffee and Teas from Around the World.
